Before you train
Setup and Safety
Set up your board
Use the Foot Board, Heel Board, one long round black bar, and two short round black bars included with your product.
Start supported
Keep a wall, chair, or counter close enough to touch during the first sessions.
Move with control
Train forefoot, midfoot, and rearfoot coordination with slow, quiet movement before adding speed.
Use a safe surface
Place the board on a flat, dry floor with enough space around you to step down.
Know when to stop
Stop training if you feel sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, or unsafe wobbling.
